Return & Shipping policies
Shipping Charges -
Please note: At this time, the shipping charges for original paintings, cards & stickers is FREE in the U.S. To save you $$ on shipping charges - we will be shipping small card orders & stickers in regular mailing envelopes. If there are any damages to your order, please refer to the information below. Originals will always be FREE Shipping.
If we find that too many orders are being damaged or lost, we will have to go back to shipping in rigid mailers, which will require the buyer to pay shipping charges on orders under $35. We will be evaluating this in the coming weeks, and it will be subject to change at any time.
Processing Time
All orders ship from our studio, within 3 - 5 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time
Once your order has left our studio, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method. Most orders are sent through USPS - either Ground or Priority Mail - depending on order size and price. If you require expedited shipping - please let us know in your order Comment Section.
International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number and the correct shipping address at ajoyfulsoulgifts@gmail.com. You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to change your address. If you order has already shipped before you contact us, we are unable to change your shipping address.
If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accomodate, if stock is available.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Please check with your country's requirements and expected shipping times, before placing your order.
Damaged Items and Replacements
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at ajoyfulsoulgifts@gmail.com before returning your order! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order, with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Packages Lost in Transit or Never Delivered
If your order has been listed as ‘pre-transit’ for 2 weeks with no tracking updates or if you don't see the package in your mailbox 3 days after your tracking was marked as delivered, we would be happy to consider your order lost in transit and send a replacement out to you.
Return, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. In your return package, please include a note with your order number and the item(s) you are interested in returning or exchanging. Returns must ship to this return address within 30 days of receiving your order:

Once we've received the item(s) back, we will be able to exchange or refund your order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used for the original order. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.
Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return or exchange.
To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
